"Nothing but a dream" by Felix Contzen (30.03.-01.06.24)

Felix Contzen his artistic use of the camera, he is on the trail of his Romantic role models such as Caspar David Friedrich, William Turner and Carl Blechen. He is constantly searching for the places that create these poetic images of Romanticism. Felix Contzen describes the duration of this search and the journey to these places as the real poetry and art. For the fifth exhibition at GABA, he is focusing primarily on the neighbouring, late Romanesque-Gothic main church in Rheydt.
