ANDREAE CLEMENT PARROTTA | Gallery Weekend Bonn 2026

July 11–26: Bonn-based galleries Andreae, Gisela Clement, and Parrotta Contemporary Art invite you to their second joint gallery weekend (“ACP”) in 2026. The second edition of this annually rotating event will take place from July 11 to 26, 2026, at the Gisela Clement Gallery in Bonn. Parallel to the exhibition “Puzzle Solution – Des Rätsels Lösung” by Ulrike Rosenbach (May 4–August 31, 2026), the joint exhibition—featuring curatorial concepts and artistic contributions from the programs of the three participating galleries—will open on July 11 & 12 on the two lower floors of the gallery building.

A wide variety of artistic positions will be presented, including some that play with wit, humor, and absurdity, while others reflect on experiences of vulnerability and resilience. This interplay creates a multifaceted dialogue between lightness and seriousness, between humorous subversion and existential reflection. For one weekend, a dialogue with and about art will unfold. As individual as the galleries’ orientations may be, they celebrate their shared common ground in engaging with current themes in contemporary art by networking and, at the same time, sending a strong signal about the cultural significance and social contribution of their work in Bonn. The exhibition runs beyond the weekend until July 26 and can be viewed during regular opening hours (Tue–Thu, 3–6 pm and by appointment).
