TOBIAS VETTER | one:artist show art Karlsruhe 2025

We look forward to be presenting Tobias Vetter within the solo format one:artist show at this years art Karlsruhe.

Tobias Vetter, primarily known for painting, expands into textiles and sculpture in his latest works. His signature motifs, like male giants, now appear on large jacquard tapestries. His works explore the contrast between clichéd masculinity and subtle delicacy. Initially intimidating figures reveal unexpected vulnerability. What seems like a symbol of strength transforms into sensitive beings, embodying a new, touchable masculinity. Tobias Vetter (*1985 in Allgäu) lives and works in Berlin.

In addition to Tobias Vetter, we are showing new works by Lunita-July Dorn (*1999), Rune Mields (*1935) and Stefanie Brehm (*1980).
